Our transmissions power everything from daily-driven tow rigs to record-setting on the drag strip, and we take pride in building products that perform under the toughest conditions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Transmission Builders.

Job Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and clean transmission components
• Measure, evaluate, and identify wear or damage on internal parts
• Assemble transmissions according to WP specifications and build sheets
• Install upgraded performance components such as clutches, valve bodies, and billet parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper assembly procedures and quality control standards
• Work with the team to maintain build schedules and production goals
• Assist with diagnosing transmission failures and root causes when needed

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Mechanically inclined
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passionate about trucks, performance, and motorsports
• Comfortable working with tools and mechanical components
• Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Previous transmission or diesel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
